DR. DEXTER PAGE - MD, FACOG

Dr. Dexter M. Page is a board-certified physician in Obstetrics and Gynecology as well as Maternal-Fetal Medicine, certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He earned his medical degree from Morehouse School of Medicine in Atlanta, GA, in 1989. Following this, he completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Harlem Hospital Center in 1993 and subsequently pursued a fellowship in Maternal-Fetal Medicine at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center, concluding his training in 1995 with a specialization in obstetric sonography and fetal behavioral states.

Dr. Page is recognized by his peers as a dedicated physician and educator, actively involved in the training of residents at various hospitals in the Atlanta area. At Atlanta Perinatal Associates, he offers expert consultations to address the complex challenges associated with high-risk pregnancies.

He has participated in numerous clinical studies and has utilized cutting-edge technologies to enhance fetal assessment. Furthermore, Dr. Page has directed consultations for many at-risk patients and collaborates with community, hospital, and health insurance leaders to advocate for policies aimed at reducing perinatal morbidity.

As a diplomat of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and a member of the Society of Maternal-Fetal Medicine, Dr. Page has been committed to improving pregnancy outcomes through his dedicated service at Atlanta Perinatal Associates for over 20 years.

Dr. Chuk Onyeije

MEDICAL DIRECTOR

Dr. Chuk Onyeije, the Medical Director at Atlanta Perinatal Associates, brings a wealth of knowledge to our team. He earned his medical degree in 1992 from Howard University College of Medicine after graduating with honors from Howard University College of Liberal Arts in 1988. Dr. Onyeije completed his OB/GYN residency at Harlem Hospital Center in 1996 and fellowship training in maternal-fetal medicine and obstetrical sonography at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in 1998.

From 1998 to 1999, he served as Assistant Professor of OB/GYN and Director of Perinatal Services at North Central Bronx Hospital. Most recently, Dr. Onyeije was a Clinical Assistant Professor of OB/GYN at New York University School of Medicine and Director of Resident Education at Lenox Hill Hospital in Manhattan, where he built a robust private practice focused on high-risk pregnancies.

He has published articles, book chapters, and internet presentations on obstetrical sonography and pregnancy complications and is currently involved in studies exploring new techniques to diagnose and treat fetal distress. A diplomat of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and a member of the National Medical Association (NMA) and the Society for Gynecologic Investigation, Dr. Onyeije is also a world-renowned and sought-after speaker. He joined Atlanta Perinatal Associates in July 2003 and has been a valued member for over 15 years.

Dr. Alan M. Neuman

Dr. Alan M. Neuman is a board-certified physician in Obstetrics and Gynecology, certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He earned his medical degree in 1985 from Texas Tech University after graduating Magna Cum Laude from Texas A&M University. Dr. Neuman completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at St. Joseph Hospital in Chicago in 1989.

Following several years of practice in general obstetrics and gynecology, Dr. Neuman pursued a fellowship in Maternal-Fetal Medicine at the University of South Florida in 2007, where he trained alongside a renowned fetal surgeon.

Throughout his career, Dr. Neuman has engaged in significant research, collaborating with a prominent pediatric cardiologist on studies related to congenital heart disease. He has published articles on fetal electrocardiography and is currently conducting research on folate autoantibodies and their association with congenital heart disease. His contributions to the field have earned him recognition among his peers, as well as invitations to present at national medical conferences.

Dr. Neuman joined Atlanta Perinatal Associates in August 2007, where he has contributed his expertise and dedication to patient care for over 11 years. His compassionate approach and focus on evidence-based care have made him a trusted figure in maternal-fetal medicine.

Dr. Bradley Stetzer

Dr. Bradley Stetzer completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Florida before attending the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine in Old Westbury, New York. He then underwent his residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Henry Ford Hospital/Bi-County Community Hospital in Detroit, Michigan. Dr. Stetzer further specialized by completing a maternal-fetal medicine fellowship at MetroHealth Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio.

Since graduating in 2002, Dr. Stetzer has dedicated the past 20 years to providing patient care at MetroHealth Medical Center, focusing on managing diabetes mellitus, hypertensive disorders of pregnancy, cervical insufficiency, thrombophilia, preterm labor, and prenatal diagnosis and ultrasound. He served as the third medical student clerkship director for his department at Case Western Reserve University for 15 years and directed a 4th-year Acting Internship for 150 students over a span of 12 years. His commitment to education extends to training OB/GYN residents and maternal-fetal medicine fellows. Dr. Stetzer has recently moved to the Atlanta, Georgia area to provide consultative maternal-fetal medicine care and support high-risk pregnancy management within the community.

His extensive clinical experience and passion for teaching have made him a respected leader in his field, and he continues to engage in research initiatives aimed at improving maternal and fetal health outcomes. Dr. Stetzer is dedicated to fostering collaborative relationships with healthcare professionals, ensuring comprehensive care for women and their families throughout their pregnancy journeys.

Dr. Jasmaine Coleman

Dr. Jasmaine Coleman is a dedicated Maternal-Fetal Medicine Physician who has recently joined Atlanta Perinatal Associates. Hailing from Columbus, GA, she is passionate about managing high-risk pregnancies and addressing the health disparities that affect maternal care. Dr. Coleman’s educational journey began with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Spelman College, followed by a Master of Science in Biomedical Sciences from Barry University. She then obtained her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree, laying a strong foundation for her medical career.

Dr. Coleman completed her OB/GYN residency at Michigan State University, where she developed her expertise in women’s health and obstetrics. She further specialized in Maternal-Fetal Medicine at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center, preparing her to provide comprehensive care for women with complex pregnancies. Committed to improving health outcomes, she actively engages in community outreach to promote health equity and raise awareness of the unique challenges faced by expectant mothers.

Outside of her professional pursuits, Dr. Coleman enjoys connecting with new people, attending concerts, and practicing her Spanish to enhance her communication skills. Her combination of clinical expertise, commitment to maternal health, and genuine passion for connecting with others make her a valuable asset to Atlanta Perinatal Associates, where she aims to positively impact the lives of her patients and the broader community.
